Get serious about losing weight

If you're serious about losing weight one of the first things you need to do is get rid of all the unhealthy junk food in your house. Go through the fridge and throw out all the fat laden calorie foods and load up on fresh healthy veggies and fruits. Add eggs for protein and lean meats and fish.

Do the same thing with your cupboards and pantry. If that bag of chips isn't there you won't be able to eat it. There are healthy snacks you can have such as nuts and crackers and low fat cheeses. Unsalted pretzels are another choice. And of course nonfat yogurts. If you have to have something sweet freeze a container of yogurt. It will take a while to eat because it is frozen and satisfy your sweet tooth.

Don't forget that what you drink counts as much as what you eat. You may not think that coffee frappe has many calories but look at the label. Be careful of drinking too much diet soda or diet drinks, the sugar substitute can cause an upset tummy.
