Have a cup of yogurt every day. It's a great source of calcium. Calcium binds to fats so not as many calories are absorbed. Plain yogurt is best. If you don't like the somewhat sour taste, use your own fresh fruit mixture to liven it up. Or use the yogurt in a smoothie. A simple smoothie recipe is half a cup of yogurt, half a banana, half a cup of orange juice.
