Keep your blood sugar on an even level. When you consume foods high in sugar or white flour your blood sugar spikes which signals your body to produce insulin. The higher the amount of sugar, the more insulin is produced. The more insulin the more of the glucose is converted to fat for storage. Keep you blood sugar level and the insulin spikes won't happen. Do that by combining a food heavy in starch or sugar with a protein or a fat. The protein and fat take longer to digest so they enter the blood stream as glucose more slowly and no spike. It's better to spread your morning toast with cream cheese or peanut butter rather than with jam. Or have the toast with a scrambled egg. Sugar obviously will spike your blood sugar, unless you eat it with fiber, that's what happens when you eat a whole orange. The fiber takes longer to digest so the sugar doesn't enter your blood stream as quickly. Drinking a glass of orange juice means the sugar hits your system almost immediately.

Lose Fat Fast Tip 2
Eat a cup of cream soup before lunch and dinner. It has been shown that having an appetizer, salad, or cup of soup, about 15 minutes before the meal leads to fat loss. Your brain needs about 20 minutes from when you start eating to recognize it's full. Give it a head start by leisurely dining on a salad, by the time you get to the entrée you'll probably feel fuller and eat less. What works even better is a cup of cream soup, or soup with an olive oil or cheese boost, such as minestrone with a tablespoon of olive drizzled on the top and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. The fat in the cheese, cream, or oil quickly signals the brain it's had enough food. Fat also takes longer to digest so you feel fuller longer.
